Sirius Radio connectors in dash

Just picked up our 2019 Anthem and set up Sirius Radio. Worked fine when parked at NIRVC. Once on road, stopped working, screen says no antenna. We've located a sm blk box with wire as well as a magnet with Sirius logo. Had it working for a bit when parked, as soon as we pulled out, it stopped again. Thoughts on how to rectify?

Those connectors are notorious for coming unplugged easily. Plug them together and tape the connection.
