Cargo Door Problem

Having difficulty unlocking and opening one cargo door. All other cargo doors on my Aspire 2020 unlock with the key fob and the physical key. One door just does not unlock. Need advice on how to unlock. I have push and pulled. Tried the door key pad etc. The only thing I have not done was beat it with a bat! Help!!
