Odyssey Oven Heating Delay

We have a 2022 Odyssey 30Z with the propane stove/oven. The stove top works great. But the oven takes hours to heat up to something like 300-350 degrees. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing? What is the average time it takes to pre-heat this oven?
