bugs in Interior light fixture

I have dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. How do you take down fixture (small round ceiling lights)?

they twist and lock into place. Google it on you tube. I found a couple videos. By now I am sure you have done that. Does anyone know how to remove the leds in the cornerstone living room wooden/glass/mirror settings? These led puck have a wooden ring around them. I haven't figured them out and haven't found any youtube videos.

They are held in place with springs. Pull them down part way and either grab the springs or make sure your fingers are out of the way. They will do some damage.
