My key pod is not reconized

My ignition button keeps blinking green and won’t start the coach. My key fob has fresh batteries but is not reconized?

I spoke with Spartan, there’s an override switch below the green diagnostic hook up under the steering wheel and you push on that and it’s a bypass. My problem was ignition. Light was blinking three times and was not starting because there’s no air in the system. What they had me do is go back the batteries shut off the main batteries for five minutes. Turn it back on, come up and hit the bypass switch with your foot on the break and then push the button in the rig should fire up. The key fobs will not work to unlock the doors either in this process but everything works just fine now thanks to Spartan.
