City water connections

I am a new owner of a 2021 Odyssey 25R. The rig did not come with a manual and they are hard to find. My issues first time camping was my city fixtures setting in the wet bay, It would not bypass so we could have city hose pressure at our hookups in the unit. I tried every setting to get water to our fixtures with no luck the three days we were camping. I could only fill my water tank and have the pump going the entire trip. Has anybody run into this problem and what to do to trouble shoot the problem.

I have a 2021 24b, on mine for city fixtures, ( water from hose hooked up to city inlet ) left knob # 2, right knob #6 and leave the water pump turned off. Hope this helps
