Electric Brake Contoller on Odyssey 30z

Hi everyone - I just purchased an Odyssey 30Z. I would like to get a tow dolly for this rig so that I can tow a front wheel drive car. I'd like to get a tow dolly with electric brake assist. Question 1 - Can anyone recommend a good brand for a tow dolly. I've been looking at Stehl so far.

This Odyssey model came with the seven pin trailer connection which should support electric braking. Question 2 - Does anyone know if the brake controller unit for the cab comes standard with the Odyssey. Or do I need to go back to the dealer to have this connected properly?
