Inverter not charging the RV batteries

My inverter  ( xantrex Freedom X 2000) recently stopped charging the RV batteries on our 2022 Accolade.  It seems to be working other then that. 
I checked the circuit breakers in the panels and they are not tripped switched them on/off to make sure.
I'm wondering if there is another fuse somewhere in the wiring. 
There is a  small fused panel is sitting close to it but the wires are coming from behind the wall to it. I'm not sure what this goes to picture attached? 
Anyone have suggestions on what to look for to trouble shoot?
