What do I lubricate on the slide outs?

My slides are making some new noises and are operating very slowly.  I am thinking I need to lubricate something but do not know where to start.  Any advice?

You need to be a little more specific.  Things like which slide mechanism you have would be a good start.  One area that I was missing was conditioning the rubber seals and applying a good polish on the painted sides of the slides.  It might have been my imagination, but seemed to be less stress on the slide motors.
