Truma Combi reset on Ethos 20T

I keep getting the W 45 H warning on my Truma unit.  There is supposed to be a reset button under the cover on top of the unit but I don't see it.  I have read that a second panel needs to be removed to find the button.  Has anyone else dealt with this issue?  Thanks.
