So just ordered a new 24B and was wondering how the ride quality and handling of the new E-450 chassis is compared to the earlier Chassis of 2020 and earlier.Lots of owners have done steer stabilizer and sway bar upgrades on older models and was wondering has Ford improved this chassis for 2021 and up??

I've driven both and they drive the same. I don't think theirs much of anything in the Ford chassis that is different except the engine.
It has the same 6 speed transmission, same brakes, same shocks, same tires etc.
The 7.3 V8 has around 50 horsepower and about 50 more feet lbs of torque. has a new dash and steering wheel. The 7.3 was made to meet the new 2020 EPA air pollution standards, Ford had to make the new motor to meet the tougher emission requirements of 2020 vehicles. It has more air pollution control sensors etc. Is a lot more complicated and the filters and replacement parts are more expensive.
The older class C's with the 6.8 V10 have hundreds of millions of time-proven miles on them, they have been improved upon over the last twenty-plus years. By 2020 all the bugs have been worked out of it. The 6.8 has more than enough power.
The main issue, a new 2020 class C RV cost about $15,000 to $20,000 Less than the same make and model 2021 or 2022 class C RV
