new 2018 Insignia owner

just bought a new insignia at the Hershey RV Show! step way up from our Palazzo! anybody have experience with RV One? thanks

Congratulations on your soon to be upgrade :D

I've only heard good things about them on the sales end ... good / aggressive pricing and follow through to delivery.  I heard ~55 Entegra coaches were sold during that show, amazing!

On the service end of things I heard mixed things, but mostly out of the Florida locations.  That said you generally only hear bad service stories out of Florida no matter what the dealer is.  I think they (FL) are just overrun with RV's and dealerships and that leaves them short handed on qualified technicians and overrun service locations.
