2020 Entrgra Aspire 40P won't start

The storage unit where the coach is stored had a power loss for 2 weeks.  After ppower was restored the batteries charged back up. The chasis batteries read 12.7 volts.  The house batteries are fine and start the generator.  The start button won't turn green nor will the coach start. I tried the battery boost button and had the generator running but it is as if they don't do anything to help.  checked all the breakers that i can find.  Not sure what to do next

There is an air pressure override button, I believe is under the dash somewhere, that needs to be pushed while starting when the air pressure is low.
