Girard Tankless Water Heater

We have a 2022 Entegra Vision XL 36C model.  We love it.  Just picked the coach up in Oct.  We are RVing full time.

Is there a way to reset the Girard Water Heater?  It is supposed to have a anti freeze function..........as stated from the manual page 16. 

This morning it was 40 degrees and all was fine, now it is 23 degrees and the water heater does not work.  It comes on but we have no water coming out of any faucets when turned on hot position.

Your wisdom and help is appreciated.
