Firefly settings for GoPower 2022 Vision XL 34G

I have yet to find anyone at Entegra or at La Mesa RV who know what the setting are supposed to be for the Firefly controller in the coach. After being on the phone with GoPower, Entegra, the battery manufacturer and the dealer, I don't understand why there is no default settings for the coach that anyone knows. I would think this would be in a manual for the coach, but very little came with my coach as far as techinical or operator data. Can anyone help?
