2021 Entegra Ethos issues

Fridge works on 110 but not on battery.
Multimedia touch  screen went black.
Does anyone have any ideas for fixes?

I’ve been working on getting ours fixed for several months.  The Norcold quits cooling at, or some indefinite period of time after, going from shore to 12V.  It’s going to a Norcold service center soon.  Fingers crossed on how that works out.  LygBill
