Odyssey Level-Up Failure? Try this for a quick fix.

If the Lippert Leveling System on your Odyssey fails to function properly, this may solve your problem.

First, check that the multi-pin connector is secure.  This connector is located on the driver's side in the compartment that houses the 30 AMP power cord.  Look up and behind the bracket that holds the TV Cable connector.  Make sure the male and female connectors are properly seated..

Here's how I know.  After taking delivery of a 2023 Odyssey 26M, I repacked the power cord so it would properly exit through the bottom of the compartment.  I found that the leveling system would only extend the rear leveler jacks no matter the command (Auto, Manual, Left or Right).  Took it back to the dealer, and after several hours of troubleshooting, the tech called Entegra and was told to check the "power in" point.  He found that the multi-pin connector had come loose--because it was simply dangling down from the ceiling of the compartment.  For some reason during assembly, the leveler cable & connector was never secured and was easily prone to being bumped and disconnected when I repacked the main power cord. Rerouting and securing the leveler cable & connector fixed the problem.
