Shower head holder

Does anyone know how to tighten a very loose shower head holder? I don't want to break anything but the holder is very loose on the wall. Does the front part come off? 2019 Entegra Vision 31V
Tried to insert a picture but guess I don't know how.

If it is the same as my 24b push the little white buttons in on the top and the bottom that you can see thru the chrome and then pull the chrome straight off and you will find the two loose screws holding plastic mount to wall. Did mine a couple of weeks ago, will see how long it last, if it comes loose again I will put some liquid nails on screws next time.
