Lights Under Cabinet, Above Slideout, and Tower of Power aren’t working

Hey everyone! We’re excited to join your ranks and be here. We just flew out to CA and drove home our 2023 Odyssey 25R this weekend.

It took us a couple of nights to get it home. We stayed a night in a campground to test all the features. The second night, we stayed at a Walmart parking lot. We had the generator on so we could turn on the AC for a little bit.

While the AC was running, we turned on the microwave. The Entegra rep told us that in such a scenario, the electrical system was smart enough to turn off the AC while the microwave was running, then kick back on when it was done. Instead, the AC and microwave both started struggling and finally the power tripped and the generator shut down.

I switched all the switches to off and restarted the generator. I turned the master shutoff back on, and the microwave didn’t power back non, neither did the AC. I went to the breaker panel. Nothing seemed tripped, but just in case, I reset all the breakers. The microwave (clock) turned on again and the AC started working.

However since then, our under the counter lights, the lights above the slideout (trim) and the Tower of Power in the kitchen haven’t been working. I’m assuming it’s another breaker or fuse that I must be missing. I was wondering if anyone had some insight to where the missing piece is. I’m looking through the manuals and searching online, but not having any luck.

Also, I found the fuse box as well. There is one fuse labeled Main Slideout lights. I checked and it didn’t seem popped. Just in case I swapped it out for one I knew was working. Still nothing.
