2021 Odyssey 24B Dinette removal

Would like to remove the entire U shaped dinette in the slide out and replace with theater seating. Anybody done that? Disassembly looks pretty straight forward. Noticed electrical wiring and junction box inside the left side plywood box structure. That will have to be remounted and floor plates/brackets for seat belts need to be removed, etc. Any tips and/or recommendations greatly appreciated!
