Wireless Tower and plug close by

We just purchased a 2024 Vision 29 F and. Just realized the power tower and a plug close by do not have power. We have checked fuses, breakers and made sure it was plugged in under sink and are at a loss on how to fix it. Any ideas?

The tower in my Ethos only works when generator is on or on shore power, rendering USB ports and wireless charging pad useless. I’m trying to figure a way to run wiring to inverter-side outlet that powers my TV.
