Water shut off for refrigerator 2019 Emblem 36U

I can’t find the water supply valve for water to the refrigerator. I can hear the solenoid turning on and off, calling for water, but there is no water coming to the refrigerator.  I’ve looked in all the compartments and cabinets and can not find.
