Install new Windows on 2022 Ethos 20 T Li?

We've had our Ethos 20T Li for about a year. It's our first RV. It's been mostly great but one big problem has been the sliding windows and screens. 2 out of 4 have broken. I sort of fixed one but I didn't line it up exactly right and there's a gap at the top of the screen when it opens so it lets bugs in.

The other is on the sliding door and was like that from the beginning but they placed a warranty order for it. It came in several months later, but when we arrived for the replacement - an entire window had been sent not the sliding screen part. 🤦‍♀️ (This may very well have been the dealer service department's fault - they knew nothing about this model, or even basic things like sanitizing RV tanks 🙄, so if they sent the wrong order, I wouldn't be surprised.)

Mostly, we would love to replace these windows altogether with a better window/screen system. Is this possible? If so, do dealers do this or are their specialty RV glass/window places?
