Living room slide will not extend

My daughter and her family are in our Odyssey 2021 29V in Montana.  Having issues extending the living room slides.  Hearing electrical snapping sounds in the bedroom.  I guess the 30 amp fuse in very hot.  It may be partially extended.  I am here in Bemidji, MN, so I do not know all the details.  Seeking information on where to begin a search to correct the issue.  They have just started their trip to Yellowstone.  Not a great way to travel out there and have an issue.
