power shades not working properly

The night shades in the bedroom area do not respond all.  The day shades work fine.  how do I fix this? 
The day shades in the front of the coach work from the master switch but the individual controls for the driver do not get any response from the shades at all. I replaced the controller but that did not help.  Does anyone have any advice?

First off, what model and year do you have? That will make a lot of difference is the response.

I'm  having the same problem with my front shades in our 2013 Anthem.  Did you get anywhere with this problem?

Similar problem.
Front half of coach shades work properly.
From stool room back, no shades work.
Have a 2018 Anthem
