110v shore power not getting to stuff inside

away from accolade xl for a few days and on return coach batteries are dead. shore power is on. cant get it to switch back to shore power on inside control panel. keeps switching to batteries for 110v. only have 6000 miles. could it be a wounded APS?

I'm having the same issue on my 2022 Accolade 37L  I'm leaning towards the transfer switch but I need to locate it. 
Anyone know where the transfer switch is mounted.  The main wire from the shore power real goes behind the wall.?
