Ethos 20T quality issues

We purchased our 20T in August and have been unable to do an overnight trip due to various problems with the unit.  We have had a leaking bathroom faucet, a leaking showermiser valve, and an overheating gas solenoid valve. Pretty disappointed so far with the overall quality.  Also, the Thule bike rack was installed in the highest position (and isn't adjustable) which requires a step ladder to use. Anybody else seeing these types of issues?

WE purchased our 20T November 2021. Only use once for camping. First issue Shower is not working. After pocking around . Found out that the shower control plumbing is not even connected. Floor is stained and starting to delaminate. Cabinet laminate corners is delaminating. have to fix this issues. Although I have paid for extended warranty. It will take months to get appointment with the dealer. To many rattling while driving (annoying). Have to fix rattling by adding felts. yes bike rack is too high to reach. No spare tire mount. Too low. Hit bumps several times. Ladder and jack is occupying to match space in bench storage. Have to mount the ladder behind the shower cabinets. Remove the plastic box for the jacks to gain more space. Bench too high for short people. Kitchen cabinet  too high for short people. Not enough insulation. Bed support for the center cushion using the table is too short. Cushion flies when breaking.
