Entegra Vision XL 34 G 2021 - Awning out???

We just bought a 2021 Vision XL 34 G -- the awning doesn't go out! The sales person said turn motor off (of course it's off, we are parked), make sure house power is on and hit the "out" button. Nothing....Help!?

Same problem on my 34b. Worked at first, now doesn't
