Sony sound system

I have new 2021 Vision 29S. On maiden voyage last week, the two front speakers were very distorted. I took the caps off to inspect but saw nothing. The distortion is so bad there is actual buzzing. These are at the mid treble frequencies. I've notified dealer. Unacceptable.
