It sounds like a lot of the same changes that the Aspire got.  The Insignia is a great coach for the money.

The lines are certainly blurring between the two models

The big separation between the two models is the IFS and the all electric.  Basically the Insignia is an Aspire from about three years ago and the Aspire is the Anthem from the same time frame.
