Having a problem with the Furrion fireplace in my 2023 Cornerstone. It turns itself off after five seconds of operation, regardless of starting method. The company service support center could not resolve the issue. It is out of warrany.
Ours turned out to be the fan. It was not working so it would turn off after a minute or so. They (the dealership) put a new fireplace unit in and it works great now. You can get one on Amazon but do the measurements as it will need to fit in the hole. These are just fancy space heaters so not to expensive!
