We have a Tiffin Wayfarer and while it is a nice coach we are frustrated with the Mercedes chassis. Talked to a local dealer about a possible replacement and they suggested the 26M. I have some questions in with the dealer, but will ask here as well.
How has reliability been? Any weak points?
Does the Murphy have power outlets on each side? How is the mattress comfort? Has anyone replaced the mattress?
Has anyone replaced the fireplace to get more storage?
Has anyone installed cabinets over the cab bed?
How comfortable are the theater seats?
How about the dual AC option? What do you think?

We love our 26m. We bought one three years ago. We have had issues with the leveling jacks and had one replaced. Nothing else major. We put a topper on the Murphy bed and secured with Velcro straps. Works great and made a huge difference in comfort. Also switched out the thermostat to an easy air with soft starts for the ac. We like the fireplace and overhead bunk so no new storage. Great coach for us and our dog.
