Quick question when traveling in Pennsylvania, do you have to stop at a weigh stations?

No, you are not a commercial vehicle.

When you see the sign, get in the middle or left lane to allow the trucks space to leave (sometimes they backup) and then reenter the highway (takes them time to speed up so they can pass you again ;) )
