I have a new 2021 Ethos 20T. It has a propane switch (red rubber coated) near the propane fill port. I can hear a click (a solenoid valve?) when I toggle it either up or down. The problem: the stove lights and stays lit whether the switch is up or down. Only conclusion is that the switch operated valve at the propane tank is not functioning. Anyone have a similar problem? Is there a way to reach a manual valve to turn off the propane tank?
Thanks
There is a valve on the tank underneath the unit. We also have a problem with our propane system. The solenoid works but gets very hot when power is applied. The dealer is planning to replace some parts (solenoid and pressure regulator).
I have a 2023 Ethos 20T. On the shake down cruise. Firefly shows Propane at 67%. I cycle the switch to on solenoid clicks but no propane at range. Am I missing something?
