We saw this in a Cornerstone 45B and had to take a picture to share.
Normally in the 45B's master vanity, the top center area is just a vanity panel, there is no drawer there. What this is however is a bunch of room that you can make use of with a little ingenuity. The previous owner of this coach added a draw to the existing false front drawer panel and picked up a bunch of new storage space 8)
