I have a 2014 Entegra Anthem and need help on my front heater fan controls. I have only one speed which I assume is low but the switch does nothing. The fan does not turn off or has no speed control from the 3 position switch. I am a new owner and would like more heat when traveling.
Sounds like the switch is bad. Call customer service and inquire about a replacement.
